Upholstery has different kind of fibers and knowing how to go about cleaning them is where experience matters. I have seen everykind of fiber out there and there is a difference between knowing when to dry clean or steam clean. Also the way i clean i always pre spray the fiber then ie work on those nasty oils 1st. It’s only then can you rinse out the dirt and stains.
